In online meetings, due to the absence of a secretary to coordinate entry into the meetings, it is sufficient to make a call at the start of the meeting, and if there is no answer, wait until the previous meeting is over and you will be contacted, in case of changing the time of the meeting. You will be notified in advance.

Your meeting will start at the announced time. Please report your presence and readiness 2 to 3 minutes before the start of the meeting in the application that has already been specified for you, so that the link to enter the meeting will be sent to you. (Please report your presence before the meeting starts)

If you are late in attending the session, it will be deducted from the session time, and if the therapist is late, the lost time will be fully compensated.

Sessions will be held in the application selected by you and the therapist, and the attendance link will be sent to you. Please contact the secretary only by sending a message on WhatsApp.

It should be noted that the legal time of meetings is 50 minutes. To cancel your meeting, notify the secretary at least 48 hours before the start time. Otherwise, the cost of the meeting will be charged (due to lack of time to replace the clients in the waiting list).

If you send a request to cancel your therapy session 48 hours before the start of the session, an alternative session will be considered for you. The fee paid is non-refundable.

Be sure to book your treatment sessions through the website of the Sokhan Clinic. If you are a resident of Iran and you do not have the possibility to pay the fee in cash, you can coordinate with the secretary through WhatsApp after booking an appointment on the site.

If you have made a payment in rials from inside Iran, be sure to send the payment receipt to the secretary manager via WhatsApp and wait for the confirmation message of the meeting.

Even with the therapist’s permission, you should not record sessions. Recording sessions is illegal.

According to the rules of therapy, all conversations and content of sessions with the therapist will be kept confidential (except for special cases, including crimes).

If you need an emergency meeting, contact the secretary via WhatsApp or (emergency contact number for residents of Iran).

Please do not contact the therapist during hours other than therapy sessions. If there is an emergency, contact the secretary through WhatsApp (outside Iran) or the emergency number (inside Iran).
